Bio

Dr. Sandhu is a board-certified podiatrist who joined the Ankle N Foot family in 2022. Born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, he has spent the majority of his life in the Midwest. He earned his undergraduate degree in Human Biology, specializing in Health Promotion, at Michigan State University.
He then pursued his education at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia, where he received training in various areas, such as limb salvage, trauma, sports injuries, foot deformities, and diabetic foot care.
Dr. Sandhu has been an active individual since childhood and has pursued various interests, including soccer, competitive dancing, and amateur mixed martial arts.
His diverse experiences have given him a unique perspective on the mindset and physical awareness of athletes. As a healthcare professional, he recognizes the importance of accommodating injuries during training and strives to provide his patients with the best care possible, allowing them to return to full activity as soon as possible, if feasible.
In his leisure time, he enjoys powerlifting, comedy clubs, going for scenic drives, exploring different neighborhoods, and spending quality time with his family and friends. Since returning home to the Chicagoland area, Dr. Sandhu is dedicated to serving his community by providing high-quality care and personalized treatment plans.
